Agreement

By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms. The network is operated by Voltraff Ltd (Level 2, Valletta Buildings, South Street, Valletta VLT 1103, Malta). If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Advertisers

• You are responsible for your campaigns, creatives and landing pages, and for complying with the laws of the GEOs you target.
• Prohibited content - malware, illegal offers and deceptive creatives - is not allowed and may be removed without refund.
• Top-ups fund your advertising balance; spend is drawn as your ads deliver.

Publishers

• You must own or have the right to monetise the traffic you send, and may not send fraudulent or incentivised traffic.
• Earnings accrue on valid, verified traffic and are paid per our payout schedule.

Moderation & quality

We review advertiser creatives and monitor publisher traffic, and may pause or remove either to protect the network. We aim to be fast and fair.

No warranty & liability

The network is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: hello@voltraff.com.
